We are absolutely thrilled that our drinks have been recognised by some of Australia’s predominant industry connoisseurs, with our Myrcene Hemp Vodka being awarded a silver medal and bronze for our Limonene Hemp Gin. This national recognition through the Tasting Australia Spirit Awards showcases a tremendously successful foray into Australian craft spirits.

Limonene Hemp Gin and Myrcene Hemp Vodka are our first and most personal expressions. We set out to create drinks that we could enjoy with our family and friends, representing our background and community while showcasing environmentally friendly, sustainable, and delicious hero ingredients.

Hemp returns four times more CO2 to the ground than trees, actively reversing climate change. The concept of integrating something natural, something that we could cultivate ourselves, has been a fruitful pursuit. The drinks reflect grassroots Australia: handcrafted, friendly and memorable. Above all, they’re versatile, delicious, overflowing with flavour and made for all to enjoy, regardless of whether you are a Gin Jedi or just starting to dip your toes in. We set out to be authentically delicious, so with this recognition, IT’S SAFE TO SAY WE ARE STOKED!!!

The third annual Tasting Australia Spirit Awards presented by Master Cask were announced at an industry award event held on Saturday 26 September at The Gallery in South Australia. This year’s awards attracted a record number of entries, with 255 unique spirits from 75 Australian producers, including 28 South Australian distillers submitted to the coveted awards.

Head Judge and Curator Nick Stock was overwhelmed by the quantity and quality of spirits produced for this year’s awards. “The refinement and careful craftsmanship seen among the top awards is a strong theme this year, with distillers honing their approach and producing resounding quality across a diverse range of styles. The competition for medals was really hot this year.”

From Natural Distilling Co’s launch in 2019, we have been focused on creating something to be proud of. Integrating one of the world’s most interesting and beneficial crops was a logical step in creating a range of drinks that would shine on the national and international stage.
