Davidson Plum Sour
For those who've enjoyed the Peruvian classic, you don't have to go all the way to Mount Pichu to taste high notes similar to a pisco sour!
As the name suggests this drink is a sour (cocktail), with all the hallmarks of the classic sour mix – sugar, lemon and egg white. The native plum syrup provides an Aussie riff on the classic sweet and sour mix, all of which is elevated by the citrus zest of our Hemp Gin. Prepare for one delicious sour cocktail!
How To Make Sugar Syrup For Cocktails:
To make your own plum syrup: use 1 cup sugar, 1 cup water & 3 pitted plums (preferably native). For regular simple syrup, leave out the plums!
DAVIDSON PLUM SOUR MIX
• 45ml Natural Distilling Co Limonene Hemp Gin
• 30ml Lemon juice
• 15ml Davidson plum syrup
• 1 Egg White
HOW TO MAKE DAVIDSON PLUM SOUR COCKTAIL
• Combine all ingredients in shaker, dry shake (without ice)
• Add ice, then shake vigorously creating a foamy texture
• Double strain into martini glass
• Garnish with a dried plum or edible flower
