Kakadu Plum Gin Spritz
Look – we all love a Spritz, and we've honestly probably never once said no to an Aperol Spritz!
…but sometimes you just need something new. Change up the classic Gin Spritz with Native Australian Kakadu plums (known to our First Nations friends in Western Australia as 'Gubinge') alongside Limonene Hemp Gin and aromatic tonic.
The citrus zest of Limonene Gin means that this spritz recipe is somewhat reminiscent of a limoncello spritz, only not quite so sweet and with a greater depth from the kakadu plum inclusion. Bonus points – the kakadu plum syrup gives this a strong pink gin spritz energy!
Tip: impress your guests by using a blow torch or lighter, safely flame the garnish and extinguish to release the smokey rosemary aroma.
• 45ml Natural Distilling Co Limonene Hemp Gin
• 15ml Kakadu plum syrup
• Fever tree aromatic tonic water
• Layer ingredients over ice in a short glass
• Mix with a tall spoon and top with tonic water
• Garnish with a sprig of rosemary
