This fruity and floral symphony has got cocktail lovers in a trance. Reminiscent of everything from a Gimlet to a Mint Julep to Mojito recipe, the Vietnamese Mint leaves addition alongside strawberries likewise give off subtle Strawberry Daiquiri vibes.
This cocktail is all about seasonality and freshness, and some imbibers have told us that it even reminds them of the infamous Singapore Sling from Raffles Hotel. Our Linalool Hemp Gin enhances the berry flavour and elevates this highball to new heights.
• 60ml Natural Distilling Co Linalool Hemp Gin
• 10ml Rose Water
• Soda Water
• 15ml Grenadine syrup
• 5 Ripe Strawberries
• Vietnamese Mint
• Muddle strawberries and mint in a cocktail shaker using a muddling stick.
• Measure all ingredients except soda into the shaker, add half a scoop of ice and shake vigorously.
• Pour contents of the shaker into a tall glass, top up with soda and more ice. Stir and garnish with a sprig of vietnamese mint.
